    It's pure mad mental football.

We take an early lead, throw it away, go 3-1 down and still manage to win.

Credit to the team for coming back in this fashion but please can't we just have some easy wins.

Rich I know you’re Leeds through and through, and we all just want the best for the team, so take this in the spirit it is intended. As I’m not as convinced by marsch as my comments may sometimes appear.

Reading your comments when we scored… there was nothing like the passion there is when you’re slagging the manager - was part of you hoping we’d lose to hasten a replacement? It’s understandable if that’s the case. Or are you just more passionate when you’re angry? <cheers>

    4-3

Reminds me of when we beat Liverpool, with Viduka netting all four.

Try being on a (docked) cruise ship. Think the medical centre is going to be full of old dodders here after me screaming in the restaurant. Think the rest of Fuertaventura might have heard me. Get the feeling I may be persona non grata for the duration of this cruise. Oops!

Important win. 6 pointer. Winning is a habit and that's back to back wins. 15 points on the board and a decent goal difference.

Elephant in the room is our defending. It's ****ing atrocious and that goes for each and every defender at the club this season without exception. None of them can maintain concentration, none of them can read the game, none of them have any pace to recover from not reading the game, none of them can pass the ball or bring it out of defence. Meslier was exceptional at Liverpool but was glued to his line for the first. A truly horrendous performance to a man that first half and its happened far too often this season. Its not always the system or not been fit enough, it is basic stuff, kids stuff, decision making. I think it's the right decision to defend narrow, everyone does it. We just can't get our heads around it.

Right, on to the good stuff. The youngsters are finally finding their feet. Greenwood was outstanding. Gnonto will be superb off the bench. Gelhardt was clever to see the game out. Summerville had his head up his arse first half and hung Struijk out to dry too often but was much better 2nd half and was the match winner again. Great fighting spirit the last two games and that gets you a long way in this game.

Massive 3 points but today was nowhere near the standard we should be at. Needs sorting or we will be back down the bottom pretty quickly.

Yes, he's 18 today and Summerville (who are good friends, turned 21 this week).

They'll be having a good time tonight.

Summerville is growing into it. When he first played he was too scared to make a mistake, now he’s looking to take players on, and what a finish. I’ve supported Paddy but he needs to ask Jimmy how to do that.
Greenwood’s delivery was exceptional. No fkn about with two players whispering, just hit it into the danger area.
Gnonto is a pocket rocket. Right at the end when he ran it out of defence then had the composure to play it off their man to give us a throw was genius. He’s wise beyond his years. Joffy did well when he came on and I’d like to see how Joseph does.
I think the future looks bright for us.
