I'm happy we starting to see some sense we some of the young guns Deep down we all want them to succeed but they aint doing it yet or ever will are they? I'm liking Farke's approach if they not good enough get them out the way. basically saying you aint good enough for my team at present so go and improve somewhere and we see where you are in the future. Drameh aint signing a new contract so Farke has pushed him to being the background player. Now Spence is in he is surplus and free to leave. Greenwood,Gyabi,Hjlde all not up to our standard not saying they never will but they passengers right now. I'm also hearing Gelhardt could go. Also he see's a new era Ayling,Coops we can all applaud there commitment and loyalty to the club. but, the club has to move forwards and the spence loan tells you he's ready for change of the old guard and rightly so. onwards and upwards . I have to be honest too I wasn't for Farke when we got him but listening to him he talks well and knows what he wants for the club and how it should be done. if you don't want to be here pizz off and when signing you either commit to what we want as a club not as a individual using us as a stepping stone with added clauses. it's been a hard start for him but signs are there he's doing it his way and not being dictated too so its all down to him now give him some time to clear this awful mess he's been left with then let him do his stuff and see what he brings to the party. but so far I'm liking it.
I think for his sake and his development he needs to go and play somewhere. Getting 20-30 minutes here and there is / the club are ruining his career. He looked so good when Bielsa first started using him.
I could see this being the case only because Bamford is consistently injured. If we was fit it would be fine because you’d have Piroe and if he got injured Bamford but if Piroe gets injured you only really have Gelhardt unless you count Joseph but he’s an unknown quantity but I’d like to see Joseph get some game time this year. Don’t think Gelhardt will make it at Leeds tbh.
Today and tomorrow I’d like to see Drameh sold, Hjlede go out on loan or be sold, a new LB back in, Firpo sold, Gyabi out on loan, a new CM and CAM in and Gelhardt loaned/sold
The question today is comparing last seasons squad to this one who would you rather have. My answer is none of those who have left i would have kept. Some may say Adams but not me as he was very limited in his play. Harrison is not fast enough and tries one dribble too many. I wish him no luck at all playing for Everton FFP cheats.
The Drameh deal is another screw up by the club. That makes 18 players out of the door and a 10th loan deal. First page updated….. We had agreed a deal with Hull City to sell him but he didn’t like the deal they were offering him so in effect he gets a free transfer as his contract ends next summer, so he gets himself a nice earner by refusing to sign for us. However the kid hasn’t had a chance here and I believe he will again turn out to be the best RB in the league….
He is a Legend in his own mind yet has gone to brum. Says it all really after his ****show at Ipswich.
So far he’s been on loan at Cardiff, Luton, now Birmingham and Hull tried to buy him. Hardly top clubs. That says to me that he’s overrated by himself and some fans.
