It looks like, over various boards, there will be 11 of these leagues running at the same time! The actual publishing of fixtures & league tables in not a problem but what I am hoping to do is to have fixture previews and match reviews each week. Ideally a 'cheeky' report style but also stating match statistics etc If anyone feels they can help with this it would be much appreciated. Please PM me and I will send you something in return for you to show me your potential as a journalist Below is an example of what I would like to do for the fixture previews. This is what is lined up for the Cardiff City board Exeter City v Man Utd Man Utd manager The Bennifactor will be trembling with fear of the possible humiliation of being humbled by the little team from the North West. Exeter boss MJW6150 believes this is a great opportunity to show the Red Devils that they are not going to have it all their own way in this league. Huddersfield Town v West Ham Utd Huddersfield, now managed by H Bomb, were one of the top teams in League 1 last season. Blasting their way through the opposition but fell short in the playoff game against Peterborough Utd, the POSH defensive shield was just too strong for H Bomb and his Blue & White army to penetrate. This week they play a relegated team from the Premier League who are fancied to go straight back up. Could be a goal fest? Hammers boss Oldsparkey knows this is going to be a tricky game but still fancies putting one over on his old buddy H. Hope to hear from some of you soon
Just a quick update for managers of teams in the Leeds Utd Fun League. All fixtures have now been generated. I will give you the 1st weeks fixtures now and the rest of them will probably be shown on a new thread next week some time Starting 12th August AFC Wimbledon v Arsenal Bradford City v Southampton Brentford v Newcastle Utd Carlisle Utd v MK Dons Charlton Ath v Man City Chelsea v Liverpool Colchester Utd v Leyton Orient Crawley Town v Leicester City Huddersfield v Leeds Utd Hull City v Tottenham H As it is too hard to format the fixtures & league tables on Not606 they will normally be published as a MS Word attachment.
