Warnock being dropped is strange imo. but if it was Cellino's decision why did it happen so late in the season and why was he restored to the lineup either way? And Adryan, Cellino has openly said how much he admires the player so again why hasn't he been playing if Cellino has influence in the starting lineups? Maybe Milanic just had a last minute thought on the team, who knows, there are more reasonable answers to assume than Cellino's involvement. I really don't think there is any reason to believe that he fiddles with the team, its a relatively new manager trying out different options that are at the club to me. Certainly stranger players have been put in the lineup in the past to realise that sometimes manager's just have a different opinion to the majority of fans (Hunt is prime example).
