Don't sack McDermott now! As has been said, we won't go down - let it play out till the end of the season and let Cellino take a considered view, there may be a change of attitude among the players before then, and let's face it - whoever takes over at this point inherits the same players, and if they have any sense of loyalty/shame/embarrassment, they'll do it for McD rather than anyone else. Not the right time.
If Cellino gets blocked we are in ****, get rid of the loan players and start slashing the wage bill, start putting some of the others in the shop window, the manager HAS to go we are in serious danger of relegation if he stays.
We left at 4-0. Walk back to the car and it's 4-2.... Drove back not sure how I would have felt if we had got a result. McCormack seems like he don't give a feck right now. But why keep tossing high balls up to him? Whickam has given us nothing. Upto us leaving Austin was hopeless. I wanted to post that before his interview. No advantage to major upheaval at this point, complete capitulation on the pitch - worse than now - would be the likely outcome. Imagine this lot with no leader. As McD says, we don't know where/what the club might be in a week's time. This may not be a popular view but it's what I believe.
