Leave Redfearn in charge, not ideal but surely better than what is going on now, 4 loan players probably on £10k or more a week, another weeks waiting and another £40,000 down the pan, another 3 weeks and £120,000 we might not be able to afford if Cellino gets blocked.

I think if your plan is just to put Redfearn in charge for the rest of the season you've not gained anything by sacking McDermott
He has lost the dressing room. we will gain an extra 0.5 points per game minimum, and we might need those points to avoid relegation especially if admin comes before 27/3/14.
