    the trent experiment is firmly failed. no width. salah too high upnfor konate to find but not high enough for vvd long ball and he has 2 on him so it's only ever going back.

    Problem with gakpo and Jota in the team is neither have pace to run past a man. Salah seems to have lost that ability to beat a man as well and so everything becomes so static.

    Our buildup is slow and very much relying on a mistake to get through or a high turnover like the goal there.

    Hopefully with diaz coming back will give that ability to beat a man in tight spaces

    did you note trent was running his actual best position and salah paly him in to CROSS.

    amazing how simple a game it might be if coaches stop over complicating it.
