    Would have prefered an old keeper with lots of experience, but if this lad can do what he did last season against us, then fantastic. Why would Reading allow him out on loan to a rival club ????

    He's very good and will do well for you. We've loaned him out because whilst Feds is fit McCarthy won't get a game and he needs game time. Just to clarify he's our second choice keeper not third.
