Leeds Tickets - Help

Hi guys i was wondering if some of you could shed some light on this for me.

I bought tickets for saturdays season opener early last week and they still haven't turned up through the post. Will they turn up in the post or will i have to go and collect them on matchday ?

Sorry if it seems a stupid question but i can't seem to get hold of the ticket office right now.

they may come in the post, although my brother recieved his a few days ago. when did you buy the tickets? if they don't arrive, just get to the ground early and collect them off the ticket office

I bought the tickets about a week ago. Last wednesday i think. I wouldn't normally fret about it but i have family friends from belgium coming over to see it and i need to get the tickets to them as we're meeting them at the ground. As a member is diabled they need the ticket.

I ordered last Wednesday and mine came Saturday morning, so I would ring them up mate.

They're usually pretty quick at the ticket office and mine seem to come a day or two after I order. Yeah definitely give them a ring and see what they say. As it's late Thursday now they won't send replacements out and instead you'll probably have to pick them up from the collections window at the ticket office on match day. Hope you get it sorted!

Ring them - its usually a maximum of three working days from my experience.

I called them on Tuesday to say that I couldn't pick up my Season Ticket - It arrived on Weds. I would give them a call - they are very helpful

All sorted now! Managed to finally get through to them and i need to collect them on saturday , which isn't really what i asked them to do :/ but it's no big deal, glad to get now and not worry about it. Should be a great occasion. Thanks a lot for the help!, much appreciated
