I might be reading this all wrong <doh> but
we all know Ken Bates is a tight **** and would not give a brass farthing away for nothing <ok>

SO why would he accept 1.5 m up front and the rest to follow in instalments if he is selling the club ? He would want that money NOW.
Also Snodgrass hung around but has now decided to quit. why would he do this if a very wealthy investor was just about to purchase the club ? what else was he waiting for ?
my guess is one of 2 things either he is not very impressed with the dross that warnock has bought so far (and who can blame him) and he has decided enough is enough,,,OR is a rather large bombshell about to explode in West Yorkshire
 
Another thing that has me puzzled is where do you think Olof and Chesh have gone ?

Been reading about this UK happiness survey.

Apart from South Wales being totally depressed (that's the 'red' Bluebirds for you), it seems there's a lot of deep misery around Bellend Road....:emoticon-0116-evilg

We could have told them that for nothing - judging by the small sample of Leeds saddo's on here <whistle>
