Duncan Castles ‏ @DuncanCastles Reply RetweetedRetweet Delete FavoritedFavorite · Close Open Details @affers1178 @lds120188 Leicester had agreed to cover Mills' 'generous' wages. Deal fell through last week because of the player. #lufc #lcfc
I havn't got a problem if Mills stays, but if he does he's going to have to fight for the shirt because right now there is no chance he's getting it off Ledge or Morgan.
I think it was more the other way around and St Ledger wanted out. I think Pearson wants Mills out this time so it's a little different.
I thought SSL had a go at Pearson and was asking why he wasn't playing ect then Pearson put him on the transfer list.
Sean St. Ledger was nearly sold to Ipswich. Nigel put a stop at the last minute because we ran out of defenders. SSL performances and attitude convinced Nigel to change his mind
Letting him go to Leeds will be a mistake, especially as your fighting them for the last couple of p/o spots. I bet he does really well for them if he goes, but the biggest piss take will be if Bates gets the Foxes to pay 60% of the wages. Madness.
Actually, I'm a **** keeper. Though to be fair, I'm no more **** in goal then I am anywhere else on the pitch, yesterday was the second game running that I got left on the bench for my veterans team. I'm no expert on risk assessment, but I think our managers house might well burn down before the end of this week.
Reports are saying Smith called back as cover yet rumours started about his return before Walker was injured, a strange one...
As we've got the keeper with the best clean sheet record in the league, I wouldn't have either, thanks.
I think that's more down to enduring boring tactics from Mr. Barmby How many goals have you scored since christmas? Answer? 8 in 11 games Leicester have got 22 in 14 games Plus we've scored in every league game since the bloody Leeds game on the 6th of November when Lonergan didn't even play
Once again AKCJ shows his crass lack of knowledge. We're not scoring enough goals, that much is self evident, but we remain one of the most exciting teams in the league to watch. Barmby was a striker, Pearson was a defender, that's very obvious from the way they set up their teams(as you must remember, as you insisted on calling us Hoofball Hull when Nige was managing us).
