PS we won the Rugby World Cup but it was close

The tournament is pointless agreed.

Chesh, NZ were not in the semi's knocked out by Fiji and Tonga really ran England close in their semi. I would say the semis were more entertaining than the final. The final was ... well absorbing

Sounds like you're a fan of the strange legalised violence called RL...if anyone has ever had the pleasure of witnessing an amateur game in West Yorkshire then you will know what I am talking about.

Being a ****ta I only played the proper version so thankfully I survived and have many happy memories of some raging rhinoceros dementedly charging at me for no other reason than to cause maximum damage...happy days !

Never understood the animosity betwwen league and union,both fugby and each has their better points.

 

Played both and survived, generally league is the more popular here and pays more.
If the stars align then I could be across for the next WC and catch some Leeds games as well, but that depends on when in the year the games will be played.
