Leeds need good defenders for next season any thoughts on who is available ? WHAT ABOUT JOHN TERRY ?

1 defender who leeds utd missed out on was john terry , when he left chelsea leeds could have stepped in but never did , he has inspired aston villa to 4th place and into the play offs , even if john terry had not played for leeds we could have had him just to train our defenders , on the 2nd link john terry says he dropped down to the championship as he did not want to play against chelsea , he is on a 1 year deal which finished this summer SO IF aston villa get promoted LEEDS UTD could go in there and offer him a slightly improved deal to come to leeds and get our defence sorted out next season EVEN IF ASTON VILLA DONT GET PROMOTED leeds could still go and offer him 5 million a year , it would appeal to him as he still would not have to play against chelsea for next season until leeds get promoted.and would be on more money and he still wants to play read below on the links

I would rather have 1 john terry than have 2 lasogga's think about it ! if no goals are going in against us and we score 1 goal WE WIN ! and 3 points also , villa saw the opportunity he could be available this summer ( and i will tell you that birmingham are interested in him going there ) so leeds better get their skates on and the owner needs to put his money where his mouth is , also john terry still wants to play put him as captain in our defence and you will see a great improvement aswell as him being a calming influence on players , as leeds players need to go onto that pitch thinking they are better than the opposition at moment they go out thinking how many goals are we going to concede with john terry there confidence will be high !
