That dont mean anything. They are just idiots going to cause trouble. Not Leicester fans They dont even get into the stadiums. There JSA doesnt stretch that far
Thats the only league where i'd be happy if we were relegated Not sure where your getting the figures from tbh, home office reckons we have had 5 banned between 2008-09 season and 29th November 2011 http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/public...rrests-banning-orders/fbo-2010-11?view=Binary
I got the figures from that report, I only looked at the total banning orders currently in place, not just one period in which they were issued.
Not surprised with either. Like i've said. I have noticed a very big difference in Millwall's behaviour.
2 things ... before this, when was the last time you heard of anything on the pitch involving Leeds fans? .. ...was I surprised of something happening at a Leeds Sheff Wed game? .. not that surprised ... just like I wasn't surprised at the trible at West Ham v Millwall the last time ... in football there are some 'obvious' fixtures that have the potential for disorder ... personally I would place Wedmedsay v Leeds as one of those ..
Not necessarily on the pitch, but horrendous chants? Quite a common occurrence with Leeds fans. Your second point is basically what i'm saying. But Leeds have a few too many of those fixtures for my liking.
Millwall will always come out for the 'big' games ... But back to what I was trying to point out about that particular fixture .. Leeds had the most football related offences in the Championship in that period (i.e the tables being quoted) ... Sheff Wednesday the most in League 1 .. and in terms of arrests away from home only Leeds Millwall and Cardiff had more than Wednesday ... and Cardiff would have played Swansea in that period .. and Wednesday visited no teams in Yorkshire apart from Huddersfield ..
http://www1.skysports.com/football/...s-in-jail-for-fan-who-attacked-Chris-Kirkland How the hell did he get in the ground?? seems like he drinking for about 12 hours!!
The thing is AKCJ statistics are often unreliable anyway .. would it surprise you to know that, over the same period, Man United had almost twice as many arrests as Leeds? ... and whilst many chants are obscene, even abhorent, in the cold light of day, the tribal mentality of football makes them, sadly, inevitable .. many of those taking up the chants are not thinking logically about the content (I'm not saying that's right) merely that this is something common amongst football fans to enrage the opposition support ... In 1982 I stood on the Holt End at Villa park whilst we played Spurs in the FA Cup semi-final - huge numbers of our fans had canibalised 'singing the blues' into a ditty about the holocaust plus it was also during the Falklands war and to get at Ardilles and Ricky Villa we were singing 'What shall we do with the Argentinians' to the tune of 'Drunken sailor' ... the chorus being 'Bomb, bomb, bomb the ********' ... sung with much hilarity at the time but now something everyone who sang should feel embarassed about .. and should hang their heads in shame if they also sang the former ... but does that make them anti-semitic .. no it doesn't .. I distinctly remember one young lad of about 15 singing at the top of his voice then asking his mate what it meant .. his made was slightly more aware replying 'summat about the war, I think'...
As I've tried to point out .. only a drunken **** would think that he could do something like that live on TV and get away with it ... most of us after drinking that much merely wake up next to very ugly women.
Why do you insist on coming on here trying to provoke an argument? If you hate us so much why come on here? To spend time looking through stats to try and find a stick to beat us with ? .. dear me...whats the point of it? it is truly pathetic... the fact you can dish it out and not take it is a given on here...how many times do you have to make a fool of yourself till you finally get the message? If it makes you happy to lable LCFC fans as thugs or idiots or whatever.....great.....your fragile ego must be at a pitiful level if this is what floats your boat..
It's also worth bearing in mind that much of the fun around these chants is the utterly predictable, outraged response that Middle England is so keen to provide after they're sung. If opposition fans, press and onlookers stopped beefing about it like little girls, the songs would disappear.
your Avatar sums you up.... another "tough behind a keyboard " Leeds fan....unpleasent and aggressive... Its time for the followers of leeds to wake up ..its 2012.. the "we are hard and everybody should know it " atitude is pathetic and embarrassing...you do your club, your city and your region no good.... nobody is impressed or intimidated anymore..
