I've been seeing a lot of reports about Camp's time at Sunderland (see link below), and I know the Sunderland fans absolutely despise him. He hasn't kept a clean sheet in 12 games. I can't help but think we'd have lost a lot more games if he hadn't been injured at the start of the season.

Our number 2 at the time stepped up to the role, an unknown entity from the league below and in my opinion one of the better keepers I've seen in my time supporting City!

From Camp's performances at Sunderland, the elevation of Etheridge to the No. 1 spot has probably been instrumental in putting us where we are.

Don't know what it was, but I was dubious about Warnock bringing him here from Rotherham along with Halford - Danny Ward may be the exception to that.

Agree with you on Halford. I know he's a utility player, but the guy is sheer dross.

Prior to Ward's injury, he was chipping in with the odd goal here and there, and I think if he hadn't have got injured, we wouldn't have been lumped with Madine (don't get me started).

Etheridge has really stepped up to the challenge this season, there have been many a keeper we've seen that I've felt dodgy about, but not with Neil.
