Fantastic news :emoticon-0150-hands A big step in the right direction.

I assume Bowyer's support staff got acceptable deals as well. Now we can begin to move on...

Personally, that's great news as I have no doubts Bowyer can get the job done if he is given the players. Hopefully this should calm some of the whispers that ESI were broke. I have no idea what lies ahead in january, but that is an excellent step fprward.

…..cue Charlton losing 4-0 after Bowyer makes a series of tactical blunders at half time <laugh>

5 (years) = 3years? Assume Matt Southall changed his mind (again). Has he noticed there is only 9 days before the window closes......?

I think maximum 2 in before the window; one a loan. We are again shopping at Pound shop; nothing changes..... Where are 'the funds' supposedly being available to the manager......??

If I had been told before the season started that we would have all these injuries I would have bitten your hand off to be where we are. Even before the injuries we were red hot favourites to finish bottom.

Should we go down I reckon Bowyer will not be our manager at the start of next season.

i was thinking this the other day. he'd walk i think. been used by two successive owners. his stock will still be high and he could easily get a job in the championship.

I expect he'll have break clauses each year, so will get up to a maximum of one year comp if sacked.

Hopefully not, but football being what it is you never know. If ESI believe they can get success on the smallest budget in the Championship they'll probably blame Bowyer for not achieving it. His Excellency has shown that he knows nothing about football by saying he wants promotion in 2 years, so I will fear the worst.
