    Unless you were in the courtroom for the whole trial you can't say that the evidence was overwhelming.

    In a crowded room no one saw anything apart from the victim who was knocked out. The victim had previously tried to take beer from Barney. Barney cut his hand but room was full of glass. How could he be convicted?

    Once Saint Nigel and The Don spoke on Barney's behalf, the prosecution was doomed. No-one in their right mind would question Saint Nigel.

    I do rate him, but he hasn't played football for a year now. Rumoured interest from teams such as Charlton and Notts County. Charlton he would do very well at.

    Two reasons why he hasn't played, first a serious ankle injury which required surgery, second with those charges over his head, there was no way he was ever going to keep 100% concentration, NA and Nc have faith, so do I. He could now be as good as a new signing.

    Shall we give Tommy Forecast a chance then?

    Barnard was good at League One standard, not great. He's not up to the premier league, I feel fairly confident in saying.
