Well let's hope not eh? Could be paying for it further down the line. Still, it's worth a few dead people as long as we respect her rights.

If we go with this how far does it go? Do we somehow try to not let in Brits who have completed sentences for violent crimes abroad?

Do you think she should be free to walk our streets? As long as they haven't committed treason then no. Obviously if they want to blow us up then they shouldn't be allowed back.

No, I think she should be charged if she’s thought to have committed a crime and then go through a trial if it’s deemed worthy followed by a lengthy prison sentence if found guilty.

If she's thought to have committed a Crime .

FFS . She made a conscious decision to join a terrorist organisation in another country :headbang:

If that's not a crime , what is ?

Yes, if found guilty I’d have no issue with that. I’d just like the rule of law to take precedent over a Mail poll or what Kevin from Grimsby thinks.
Don't read the Mail and never met Kevin from Grimsby. Locked up for life is fine by me. Mind you If she did walk the streets she wouldn't last a week.

Again, I’d rather the CPS or whoever made that decision. I’m not saying she hasn’t, just that going with popular opinion blindly is dumb.

Most people think treason is more heinous than gbh as it places the country at risk as opposed to individuals. It’s a not a difficult thought process mate, have you been taking plankton pills again?

I was asking where we stop with this line of thinking. Is treason, if this even is treason, the unique crime that requires this? I suspect it wouldn’t take long for the same attitude to apply to other crimes.

I think that will happen after she’s released from prison.

NB I am not saying I approve or want that to happen just that I think it will.
With the hysteria that will provoke, unless she has plastic surgery, a sex change and wears a burka, even to bed, her anonymity won't last 5 seconds. People will be trawling the street a lookin for a lynching.
