So Myra Hindley was an accessory to murder but this one hasn't done anything illegal so can't be prosecuted?

Ok then Fosse. You're using your own argument to debunk your own theory.

FWIW, I think she should have been brought back and prosecuted. Thoroughly.

That she hasn't though is no skin off my arse, she can end up wherever, I don't care a ****.

It certainly is not escaping punishment in not being allowed to come here and if Bangladesh is such a paradise why do so many Bangladeshi want to come over here?

Missionary work.
The noble desire to spread the word of the religion of peace to
the God forsaken UK.

The fact of a far better jobs / wage / welfare regime here is just one
of those strange coincidences that occur from time to time.

Hindley both helped to target the kids and then to coerce them into getting into Brady's car, whilst already fully aware of his intentions ... she was a more than willing accomplice to rape and murder ... to even attempt to compare the two women is utterly ludicrous.
I'm pretty sure (not 100%) I've read reports that she encouraged one of the other 2 to join her on her road trip to Syria.

As for those claiming she is innocent of crime under UK law, our gov't hasn't acted unlawfully either as far as we know.

Finally, bitch got a chubby face for someone who has supposedly been starving for 4 years.

Put her in a dingy off the coast of Syria and tell her if she makes it to our island she can have her citizenship reinstated.

So you think IS didn't intend to kill everyone and anyone who didn't fall into their version of islam and take on sex slaves and behead people? Admittedly I'm taking them as an entity rather than an individual but there's never been an entity as extreme as this who have iterated what they wanted to do so openly

Everyone knew what IS intentions were

My point stands - she went to join a movement whose supporters sincerely (if wrongly) believe that they are part of a divine destiny - the killing of 'infidels' and the imposition of strict sharia law is seen as the path to that destiny - whether we like it or not they believe they have a higher purpose - some individuals have taken the killing parts to barbaric levels that are utterly offensive to western ideals - but not that dissimilar to ancient / historic customs - and, lest we forget, we still support the Saudi regime that also has many barbaric punishments ...

Hindley and Brady had no higher purpose - they both knew they were destined for hell in a handcart and determined to get the most narcissistic, sadistic, pleasures they could whilst that journey was undiscovered....

I reiterate - to compare Hindley's crimes with this girl is ****ing ridiculous ... <ok>

Accessory for **** sake <doh> - have you ever read up on the Moors murders, Chief?

Ergo, as an accessory, of course she can be prosecuted if need be.

Just to clear that up.

If it can be proven that she was an accessory to any crime then yes she can be prosecuted - and successfully so if there is any evidence ... so far there does not seem to be any evidence linking her to any specific crime ... we can't try her for 'poor judgement' or 'marrying a Jihadi' ....

As i've asked half a dozen times in this thread, who has she killed?

And how do we stand under the same principles then, when Blair blew the shhite out of Iraq, does that make us all killers too, after all we belonged to the regime.

It won't matter anyway. She's outta here.

Encouraging one of the other 2 to join her is not actually a crime ... my mate once persuaded me to go on a day trip to Skegness ... the utter **** <grr>

No our government hasn't acted unlawfully .... provided she would not be left stateless by the stripping of her UK nationality ...

<cheers>

We're any of them dual nationality?
I would be extremely confident that some of them fall into the dual nationality category in the way the government have decided this girl does. They just didn’t get the publicity she’s got.

It’s not mate. This girl could not see the difference between collateral damage at war and targeting innocent kids with bombs at a concert.

She is a terrorist.

Just wow.

You off to defend hitler next? He was just a misguided soul who genuinely thought he was advancing the human race.

As I say, if they are then they should have lost citizenship. That's IF they are.
