Yep, I do. I see it as treating them like any other criminal. If they've committed a crime, then put them in prison and deal with the wider problem. We (and I use the larger western "we" here) have faced similar challenges before in this way, whether it's gangs, mafia, the terrorists in Northern Ireland. You don't let them roam free to carry on.

If you look at where her and her mates are, they're hardly carrying on. It's why she's desperate to get out where she'll have more opportunity to carry on.

Could have had something to do with fearing for her and her baby’s life. Maybe. Probably the carrying on thing though you’re right.
