You seem to have an obsession with HiaG, much like your obsession with Matth, suppose we can't all be as intelligent as the Lincolnshire sausage chopper.
^^^^^^^^^^diversion from his basic **** up.

It's ok mate, no one else saw it.

But your nations have been propped up by technology, aid and everything else in your own lands to stop you fighting over a couple of goats and a bucket of camel dung ffs? You have buildings to be proud of now that don't blow away every night, the scriptures will show in the future beautiful Cities, only destroyed by power mad tyrants and a bunch of blokes that only knew I, S, and L in the ****ing alphabet.. They had a dream and yes, I do believe initially the Yanks were behind it, hence the lack of involvement in the Yazidis slaughter..<ok>

Technology and aid <laugh>. Even today the main technology centres are in India and the top unis sit outside begging the students to come over with promises of a lifetime of money

Have a look at the top ten nuclear scientists in the world and names like Abdul, and abbassi and husseinpour and Ahmad top it

As for aid, let's not get it twisted. The aid goes to the puppets sat there so more resources can be plundered.

Begum has not committed a crime in English law, as far as is currently the case
Presume you mean apart from using a passport which was not hers - an offence under UK law that carries a maximum sentence of 10years.

Up to 2 years in England iirc.. the 10 years bit is for other stuff using someone else's identity, rather than just travel.

Some twins did it and didn't even get a sentence

Also she was 15 so would be a minor

No it's 10years and there is no distinction about how it is used. Its Section 4 of the Identity Documents Act 2010.

Fact that someone else wasn't punished for doing the same thing is neither here nor there. If they were prosecuted for it and not sentenced I guess that could be introduced a legal precedent in her court case.

She was 15 when she travelled there but I am sure they could get round that by saying she is effectively still travelling on that passport!

I'll look tomorrow, but pretty sure it's up to 2 years if simply travelling. The EU says should be none iirc

May also be different if it's siblings, hence the example of twins.

Another juicy part about this is that it would take a minimum of 60 days to DV Clear her lawyer and that would almost certainly fail anyway, so the lawyer would never see the intel on Shambimba.

Jeez, if she’s ever allowed back in she’s like to do some serious stir.
