The Home Office? Pfft, they're minions in the game. Some of the experts on here listen to and get their opinions from James O'Brien.

Oh hang on, Tobes doesn’t trust the Tory party to make a legal call? I’m gonna look at this objectively mate and I can see there’s plenty of scope there to suggest the decison they’ve made is kosher.

We can both move on in different directions here if you’re good with that but either way, I’m not interested in an inevitable 4,000 page clusterfuck. <ok>

I find the water cooler is a great source of insider information.

As is watching old episodes of Family Guy for the hidden texts that show the real truth.

Based on the cobblers you post, I think most of those would be better than your usual sources. <cheers>

Nope I don’t. This shower have twisted the law (or attempted to) in ways I didn’t think possible in a supposed democracy.

As for Javids call here, whether it ends up having legal basis or not, his prime objective was his future PM credentials imo.

Javid thinks he is still fighting a Pakistan V Bangladesh uprising, his thoughts still clearly run deep and he probably thinks Bangladesh is something he has scraped off the bottom of his shoe, hence why he has been disrespectful and think he can dump our rubbish there for recycling. Evidence in that he has not made Jack Lett's Canada's problem. I said all along Javid called this shot, not legally but because he thinks the UK have political and financial clout over them. Whereas Justin Trudeau would tell him where to stick his cock waving.

Bangladesh don’t have to recycle her, they could just drown her when they spot the dingy.

Well Javid knows all about dinghy's too, he clearly made his thoughts known on the refugees coming down on the South East coast. However, as always it was hot air, and there has been silence on recent events. Clearly Javid has issues with refugees, any chance we can send him back to Pakistan along the lines of his own rules, because he clearly is a risk to the public while in charge.

I think you’ll find I addressed this in my last post to Tobes. Your words can’t move me I’m afraid.

Perhaps another subject. Another day. <ok>

If a policy don't fit you just amend it hundreds of times until is becomes passable. Universal Credits being a prime example.

Missed most of the last 9678 pages about this subject, but as I suspect has been pointed out, Javid has just set a dangerous precedent for a post brexit landscape where the home secretary can call the shots for who gets to keep their citizenship and who doesn't.

I think part the problem, even just reading through the comments from some people on this thread, they really don't understand the precedent Javid is setting. I know i may joke they are racists, but i feel a lot of it is more unconscious bias and they just don't realise it, even when it's pointed out to them. But when this stuff starts become legal precedent, then you are opening up a whole new can of worms. There are far worse criminals than Begum in this country, not that she has even been proven by a court of law to have committed an offence yet. So if we start to follow Javid's example of the way forward, are we going to start emptying our prisons and more so young offenders of all dual nationals, after all despite being asked in Parliament, he still hasn't defined what criteria was used in conducive to the public good. As for a post brexit landscape, I voted leave and i would never vote for a party that set this way forward as a precedent. Personally i'm so pissed off with Javid i'd send him on a plane to Pakistan just so he can get a true feeling of what it's like to be conducive to public good, because i reckon he has caused more political damage than Begum ever did to this country.

    This ^^^

What next, all Brits of Pakistani heritage sent 'home' because they represent a threat to India who we might need to clamour to try and strike a trade deal with ?

As others claim earlier actions failed in court, others must have done the same. so he's not set a precedent.

So why is he taking the law into his own hands when the courts have set the legal precedent ?
