Exactly my thoughts. Players like Milner are vital to have around. He demands the best of himself and those around him. That mentality doesn't go away with your legs. We need leaders pushing everyone on.
He’ll prob be first to admit he’s never been the most talented in the world (obviously very talented player compared to most of population) but he’s had a far better career than others who have had better attributes in theory but his hard work and dedication has given him an incredible career.
