It’s unlikely Mané will recover in time to face Burnley but #LFC are hopeful that his absence won’t extend beyond that. (James Pearce)
Mignolet Clyne Lovren Klavan Milner Henderson Wijnaldum Lallana Origi Firmino Coutinho We do not want to dent our attacking success from the Arsenal game but have to replace Mane. Moreno just cannot continue after his performance against Arsenal. Milner is the most sensible alternative. If Can is fully match fit he starts, but he only had a very short preseason so we must be patient.
Scored... 1? Like we did ok with 4231 and origi up top last season.. why not let him run the line where he plays best...
Different game to the Gooners, Burnley will be physical and look to be more direct. Can in for Wjinaldum Firmino in Manes position and Origi up top.
Burnley are unlikely to sit back, as a result (advantage Liverpool). The first goal may be crucial, if they score the first, they are likely to sit back.
Mane probably out, isn't it nice that we have cover for a change and can still put out a strong attack?

The Liverpool left-back gave away a penalty with a wild lunge before his poor positioning allowed Theo Walcott through to score. Kopp seemsa bitput out. "Oh.. We do that all the time if someone was not that good? Oh that's cool, I'm looking forward to it. "Erm... So... "That is something we have all talked about, how can we defend differently. The situaton was cleared twice before the penalty, and in my opinion we could have avoided it five or six times before. It came to a situation where Alberto could have done better, but that's all." "I have no idea if he can play on the weekend or not but I don't think it will take a long time. Things like this will always happen."
My google news aggregator just had a headline: Burnley 15 00 Liverpool. I thought "that's a Crap prediction" until I realised that was the kickoff time.
