What a dozy twat. I haven't even put the results in yet. All the multiple bets were down and I published the table without any of the single bets being processed. I will correct that now
Ron had already deducted my total bets of £400 in the later table - that's when i realised. I nearly overlooked it then suddenly thought, hang on Mansfield beat Coventry They were pretty decent odds to, considering.
Yes, the stakes are deducted when the entries go in. The returns are updated when I put the match results in
0 out of 3 games for me a blinding weekend .every time I bet on Luton they mess up so next time I bet on them will be against wycombe .that's why I rarely take risks on real betting this division is very hard to predict this season.
I'm pretty pleased with my bets As you have probably sussed I gamble my allocation for month in stages ie £400 this week and expect a return near equivalent to what i place, hence why i pick the long odds. Then during the course of the months i will get lucky with a real outsider and that will give me profit. Hope that makes sense. I thought the odds for Mansfield were too generous to overlook. With fatboy Evans in charge there was always a good possibility they would turn Coventry over and they did. I think a couple of the other long odds i was unlucky with, coming in as draws, in the past i would have maybe gone for the draw but i knew being the first week of the new month i had to go for the wins, maybe another week i would have placed slightly differently. I rarely study form, it's more a case of does the odds and the team catch my eye. Lucky i suppose, but sometimes i get lazy mentally and that's when things go tits up.
