Indeed. Vindication for them after years of his lies. The way he went after the women that spoke out against him. What a dick.

Puts almost all football journalists into perspective when you see the dogged determination, closed ranks and hostility they were up against.

    Journalism at its best.

Lance is clearly a sociopath. I hate the way he hides behind his cancer story when he was questioned about the doping, as if he's allowed to get away with it cos he was ill.

I guess Lance is an apt name for him, "A long pointy thing with a sharp end" A prick.

How was it ever possible that the only ''clean" cyclist when doping was rife was the one whose times were way better than anyone else's?

One of the things that surprises me with Armstrong was that he never tried to turn it round and campaign in favour of 'safe' drug taking, rather than trying to chuck mud when the evidence was so clearly overwhelming, and drug taking was so prevalent at the time.

It wasn't possible. The cycling world turned a blind eye. A sad sorry era that hopefully will not be repeated. But only 2 years ago Contador was banned for doping. He's a contender for winner again this year. Seems cycling at the highest level and doping go back to the beginning almost.

Kittel wins 3rd stage; Nibali retains Yellow.

    Chris Froome stays 5th @ 2 secs.

Not a bad race, but a bit of an anti-climax for me after the last 2 days, Kittel looks strong, and Cav would have had his work cut out to match him. Froome had a good race, kept out of trouble, still all to play for.

thats so awkward, infact I cringe just watching it, the woman seemed to bottle it, the arm went around but quickly in the heat of the moment fkr whatever reason, she had a flash wave and bang

whys she so mean, the left was the hotter one anyway

but I like his scrathching hjs neck/shoulder attempted escape

Just saw Froomes injury on TV, imagine a footballer getting that kind of injury nowadays would probably mean a ten minute injury stoppage

That's because the footballer isn't high as a kite.

    Seriously, what a stupid comparison.

I bet if you punched Froome in the face he'd go down like a sack of ****e, but you could punch Froch in the face and he wouldn't. Probably.

Didn't see much of the race, but just Kittel's win.

Tomorrow looks interesting - cobble sections (part of the Paris-Roubaix). Lots of risk, lots of danger.....

quite a dull race really, the stage was pretty average

froome had a bad crash within the first 10 minutes, damaged his wrist and badly cut his body

voeckler stormed off again for about 50km

Did you see it, t'other year, when the guy (Boonen?) got knocked off by a press car. He rolled along a barbed-wire fence. They dug him out, put in emergency stitches, he got on a bike and finished the race.
