Agree that not many defendes would get in due to their role. Judas at the end of his career ballooned somewhat. He was so lazy he famously buggered off at half time once! The other Gooner who gained weight was Sansom. Good player though.

Benni McCarthy, especially given the story about Friedel covering more ground than him in a match <laugh>

That’s not fair! He covers as much ground when he’s standing still as just about anyone! There were shade trees that envied him when he had the Huddlefro.

Adebayo Akinfenwa, the only time I saw him move at Gillingham was at half time when he went to the dressing room

Lawrenson summed up Adriano with rare accuracy in the 2006 World Cup: he was faster coming off the pitch when he was substituted than he was at any point he was on it.

Andy Reid. The funny thing is there’s an Andy Reid in American sports as well, who’s also carrying a smidgen of extra weight.

Gilberto ... not only too lazy to run, jump and mark but complete cack as well...got to at least be a sub.

Jan Molby ... stood around eating pizza but would find any team mate with his passing range

For the oldies out there (that's you spurf)...

Barry daines in goal...so lazy that he would only dive after the ball went past him...well I say dived but in truth fell down cos he was too lazy to remain standing!

Went to watch AFC Wimbledon last saturday(budget cuts :( ). He was terrible, his only real attribute is that he's unique so defenders aren't really sure how to deal with him. I don't think lazy is right, he just looks like he's so heavy that his legs can't even approach a sprint.

Has your Andy Reid eaten our Andy Reid or is he a possible vision of the future for our ex-player?

Jan Molby at the back, Le Tissier in midfield and Berbatov up front? I'd pay to watch this team. Sounds awesome.

More or less. An NFL player turned coach. Either that or the Ghost of Andy Reid’s Future.

Well, what that post lacks in subtlety it more than makes up for with its heart felt sincerity <laugh>

I guess BigSmithy is probably the oldeśt regular on here. MaggieBlanchflower maybe is older, not sure. I'm 62 this month, so doubt if there's too many who are older than me who post regularly.
