'Diving' is simulating a foul - like Cazorla did and is cheating. Taking evasive action and falling over isn't. Clear? Show me one clip where Spurs have a penalty from Bale cheating if you don't get it.

No sane Spurs fan would claim that we have a better record over a long period. But the claim made here was that we were deluded because we thought some of our players would get into your team. The recent record is surely evidence that the teams are currently well matched. Actually I think we are pretty even in most positions. Bale would definitely improve your first team, Wilshire and Cazorla would probably improve ours. The other 8 or 9 are more or less even as far as I can see.

Dives are often used to exaggerate the amount of contact present in a challenge." None of the evidence posted nor Bale's comments quoted suggest that he does that. You'll struggle to find an example of any advantage being gained by Bale's actions. Compare and contrast a legion of Arsenal players.
Keyword there is 'attempt' It doesn't matter if Bale wins an advantage or not, he's trying to - so that makes him a diver Are you trying to tell us that that clip against Villa was 'evasive action' to prevent getting hurt ? Was is just that TV missed the 'minor contact' ? Or was it just a dive ?

Yes - I know but the first post I made on this was about whether our players would get into your team. How is 56 years of any relevance to that. Interestingly I was born 56 years ago and Arsenal's average league position over my life only became better than Spurs when I was 24. During that period we also won way more trophies than you. I therefore grew up to believe that we were the stronger club, but that certainly hasn't been true since 1980.
Unless you know what is in his mind you've got no more idea than I have - he doesn't fall over while standing still in the penalty area though.
