I'd hardly say we are in the same predicament. Modders has 4years left on his contract and is replacable if he does go. Should he leave, I am confident we will replace him with someone equaly capable of performing his role.
That's the one advantage the spuds have over us. Their best player is so average that they can very easily replace him if needs be.

Some teams do. I'd suggest that those managers are probably a little better at judging a player's ability than you are, though.
