Carra, difficult to say. We have said we want about 6 players. Im hoping our current press talk is to give the impression of having a tight budget so we dont give into stupid demands (ala man city want a player - just add 5m onto what you actually want for him) It wont be massive amounts but I would imagine it will be more than average for this level of football. Maybe 2.5 or 3.5 million.

Spanish, I think Jewell is right with the comment, We seem to suddenly go 'off the boil' for no reason but it is the manager and coaching staffs job to get any mental fraility issues out of the way. Its what they are employed to do and if the player cant learn - replace him.
Spanish my views on these comments are, I think anyone can see they were made in jest, as a joke. I don't see what all the fuss is about but if you all want to work yourselves up over everything Jewell says go ahead, I'm betting there will be many more over the next few months as the press try to print more non-stories as there is nothing to actually report. I think we will have money available this summer but we just won't be able to spend alot on wages, and in general if you can't spend alot on wages it means that the transfer fees won't be as high. As for Jewell spending money, he's actually spent money very well since he's been at the club it's his freebies that have been more questionable. I think he's spent just over £3million on players since he's been here, £1million on Chopra, £1.5 on JET, 500k on Cresswell, 150k on Drury and 50k on Stevenson, to me they're all decent players for the money we paid and you could call some of them bargains!!Like I said it was the freebies that were a problem.
Not really surprising tbh, although I'd like to see the averages if all the results were there for Hull and Portsmouth. The matchday tickets for home and away supporters are an absolute rip off at PR. I haven't paid more than £15(student) for an away ticket this season and yet here they're usually over £25 and in excess of £30 for adults. And we also stick the away supporters in the worse seats in the ground. Please send this to Clegg!!

i suppose it is sort of relevant. it shows how many away fans attend at the portaloo each match. its the lowest in the championship which can be viewed two ways. 1) you charge too much for visiting fans or 2) its a bloody long way for many to travel. probably a bit of both to be honest but it gives you some more ammo to fling at clegg re: ticketing prices
