I saw something today which said that Villa had spent £125m in this transfer window which is the most of any club in the Premier League. Right so I cant get his answer over, but the long and the short of it is that the EFL and PL had made an agreement and that agreement meant that Villa would be given a 12 point deduction this season, but since the agreement the EFL have backed down which means Villa get rewarded for cheating and given £170m bonus for cheating and get no sanctions which means they can make it worse by spending another £125m. The EFL is corrupt
