They are doing well in fixing the dreadful expensive mess that Jenkins & pearlman got the club into and money is rolling in to pay off our debts and put the club on a stable footing....There will be money made available for potter for next season......
The same Yanks who said they'd be unrivalled in the boardroom and have the cash to take us to the next level? Or are you talking about the lying ****ers that still to this day haven't invested a penny into the playing squad?
They must have taken note , I look forward with interest on your thoughts https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/00123414/filing-history
I’m on the way home from the match - will look tonight/tomorrow I did quickly scan in the car on the way down - I’m not driving - could not see any Dividend payments, but did see that our beloved former Chairman ‘earned’ c£650k....
Had another quick review. One observation, the U.K. Holding Company is Swansea City Football 2002 Limited. The consolidated/group accounts have not yet been filed. They too are due by 30 April. We need them for the ‘full’ UK picture of the Swans. There is a comment that there is a ‘material uncertainty about the going concern of the business. Given the huge drop in income following relegation, the cash flow forecasts provided to the auditors to cover the next 12 months from the date when the Accounts were signed ( ie March 2019) indicate that cash from player trading is essential to maintain the business, within it the shareholders would have to stump up new equity or loans...... On that basis, expect further player sales..... we know that’s on the cards. The Operating Loss for the year before transfer profits was £48m - up from a loss of £23m the previous year. Transfer profits amounted to £46m, up from £37m in the previous year. The P&L account has a £1.7m charge for ‘onerous player contracts’ and an eye-watering charge of £14.8m in respect of impairment of player registration values No cash flow statement has been included.
Jenkins & Co really messed up this club over the last 3 seasons of their tenure.......................
Haven't Blackpool fans suffered enough https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/rugby/rugby-news/former-swansea-city-boss-huw-16192066
Never, starting from the bottom. HMR&C are looking at certain activities (possibly tax ‘planning’ schemes. The Club is confident that nothing adverse will come of it. Probably explains the c£307k paid to the Auditors for Tax advice..... Secondly, it seems that the club, dependent on certain events, may have to pay up to £21m extra in transfer fees and player signing-on payments. Is the top item the purchase of land to accommodate future Stadium expansion?
