WEEK 2 - We got our teams

I hope this will be understandable :)

I want you to give me 3 results each (6 in total per team).
I'd advice you to PM them to me/perhaps discuss it with your teammate. You can post them here if you wish.
The teams you can pick between are those below.
They give different amount of points. You get 1 point for predicting the correct result (1x2) in the green box (even if you pick Burnley to beat Chelsea) and 3 for those in the red box, etc.

You decide along with your teammate if you wanna try to play it safe and go for the "easy points", mix it up a bit or take a gamble on the big points.
You may mix as you wish (but can only give me 3).

IF a game would be postponed, I'll randomly draw the correct 1x2 in case you don't have time to edit your prediction.

    WEEK 2 template

    3 correct (1x2):

We did good Al some might say we exceed expectations. You got most of the points but as a team I think we can both say there is no I in team but if you look hard enough and think about out predictions there is a tame....

Oh ****. I sort of understood predicting football scores, now you want me to understand PMs (private messaging? sounds a bit seedy to me) and discussing with someone who, to be fair, might be a woman like Mrs NDIU coping with menopausal hot flushes.

I need to give this some thought .... help me Rover

    Official bitching time.

I'm colour blind - more refinement please. e.g. are there 3 different coloured boxes ?
What's the relevance of "etc" after the words "red box" ?

The colors don't really have any meaning.
Just look at the number next to the games.
That's how many points those game will you give for correct prediction.

Febbos - deduct a point from TC for ‘bitching’, even if colour blindness is a recognised disability. RT and I need all the help we can get

Just a thought - tiebreaker - could you not use accumulated points from previous & current weeks by team ? Attendance can be such a "random/fickle" parameter...
e.g. popularity/stature of visiting team, weather conditions on the day, wife's insisting on going to January sales (no offence ladies - it's a wise thing), shift work (do they still have coal mines in Rotherham & district - e.g Rawmarsh ?).
Remember we poached Ken Houghton & Ian Butler from the Millers in the mid-60's -never forgiven us - which adds an extra layer of attendance uncertainty.
