That was early season though mate. Before you started to get warmed up and before we had lost all ideas of how football should be played

 

Not too sure mate. His remit was to keep us out of the relegation zone. If other results go our way, then we may stay out of the drop zone and he could be safe for a short time.

I think the main problem is that although we have the players, Hughton is a very cautious person, and may be stifling the players.
I know injuries haven't helped us, but every club has injury problems, it's the depth in squad that hurts us.

Lots of our fans are still hankering after the Lambert era, but if you compare Hughton's and Lambert's records, they are almost the same. The only difference being that Lambert would gamble more, which led us to playing more attacking football, which pleased the fans, even if the results were the same.

Under Lambert we got hammerings against Fulham, Liverpool, Chelsea etc, just the same as we have under Hughton.

Personally, I would keep Hughton, but also bring in an attack minded coach to work with him.

Not sure if a change of manager would be good at this stage. Although Sunderland changed their manager, so did Palace, Cardiff and Fulham, and look at their results recently.

 

Knowing how crazy football can be, what are the chances of us both winning today? <prays>

 

Got to admit, we are playing reasonably well today. Had one disallowed for offside. However, I fear it might be similar to poking a wasp's nest if we score first
