He called it crass didn't sound too pleased with management Rod stop doing a banksy trying to find everyone
Good morning chums, not such a nice morning today, a little damp out. I think SOD might be useful on 'name that tune'?
Bristol City head coach Sean O'Driscoll labelled the club "unprofessional" after his post-match team talk descended into farce at Ashton Gate. O'Driscoll called his players together immediately after the final whistle had confirmed defeat to Birmingham and the club's relegation to League One, only for his words to be drowned out by Monty Python's hit track 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life'. Clearly angry at what had happened, O'Driscoll fumed: "That just about sums up some of the things that are happening at this football club and it is maybe another thing we have to put right. The players had just given their all and were coming to terms with the reality of relegation and they had to put up with that. "It disappiointed me and it made the players angry as well. It was crass and totally unnecessary. I'm not too happy with the powers that be for allowing that." Some City fans stayed behind to applaud the players after the final whistle and O'Driscoll thanked them for their support in trying circumstances. But he also felt the need to defend his players. He said: "The supporters stuck by the team, which was great. "But when I first came here I spoke to a lot of people and was given the impression that the players did not care. "That came from the supporters, but I've not seen that at any stage since the day I walked through the door. "There has been disappointments with injury and with not getting results away from home, but they have all played for the shirt and done their best." Are there cracks appearing Massive? Talking of crass....How ignorant(literally) of S O'D was it to say that you had been at the bottom of the table and it would have needed promotion form to survive? If he knows anything about Bristol football he would know that that is exactly what Ward has done!! If I was a City fan I'd be relieved that it was all over, strangely excited by the thought of a new division (albeit L1), but uncertain as to whether S O'D can take the fans and team with him.
I wont be doing that anymore! After seeing all your pictures my illusions have been shattered. Ugly bunch of ****ers.. Whereas I am still one of the beautiful people ..
"but uncertain as to whether S O'D can take the fans and team with him' He's certainly trying his best to lose me... and I'm really difficult to shake off..
I now know where tiger is today...... Earlier this week, Sir Mark Thatcher said his mother would have been "humbled" to know the Queen would be at her funeral.
