He didn't mean the atmosphere, I don't know if he got caught up in anything but he does take his young kids there.
It has been bad in the past but for years those Heddu tospots did their best to stop any atmosphere at all in those matches due to the bubble system. Was bloody stupid I was living in Cardiff but I was told I would have to goto Bristol to get on an official coach back to Cardiff to watch the match as they wouldn't allow people to drive to the motorway services to get the tickets only those on the coaches.
And from what shiny posted looks like they are still doing their level best to agravate the situation. Mind you when I lived in London took me ages to get the police to allow me to take a different tube train comming home from a Millwall game they were trying to force me to get on the train going to Paddington when I wanted to return to North London where I lived. Just a thought do they pick the most stupid coppers available to police football matches on the grounds that if they end up being clobbered they won't be missed?
Hey shiny, did you notice this on the mod board put up by brb the other day, apparently cjs has requested an extra mod to cope with the increased growth of business on the "gas" board... He was turned down I think by brb because compared with other boards he has enough mods for current membership already......

Trying to say that all the trouble is down to Bristol City fans yeah we all know that all City fans are not angels but have said for years that if you treat away fans like dangerous animals you are going to get a reaction.
oh and a ps having been attacked several times by ScumRovers fans when in a wheelchair I hardly think any of them can try and claim any moral high ground.

yep, i requested this a few months ago. it was when p49 said he wasnt going to be around due to an unsavory moment from 1 of your own. i didnt know if he was coming back and as 15 odd members joined us within a week around the same time, i requested another mod as i where i work full time im not usually available until 5pm onwards usually later than that. so we had no mod during the day. so i requested help and was refused by brb with very good reasons and agreed with his reasons. thankfully p49 did come back
i gave up with this arguement ages ago. neither side will win this. the way i see it, all teams have a minority of twats who go looking for trouble and are the ones who let their club down. i also agree with shiny on 1 of his previous comments, when trouble does arise its the police who causes it. the person on our OS forum warned everyone that some of you red friends would be seeking trouble at the mem at the end of our game saying the police informed him of this. obviously i didnt travel through every street in the area around the mem but i didnt see any trouble at all but am aware of a wycombe fan who started some then got put on his backside. but no city fans in sight!

In the interests of fair play I'll also back you in saying that I was not aware of any City fans around yesterday..and I think that you won't find any not606 posters making false accusations on our board.
