Have you seen this, if we lose our staus by one point I will be gutted http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20866989
that's interesting 3 home wins where we have scored 4 against our opponents, 4 goals in the next home game anyone
Sam Baldock 20 Games 9 Goals. Goal For Games Ratio: 2.2 Games Steve Davies 18 Games 8 Goals. Goals For Games Ratio: 2.25 Games Not bad eh. Makes you wonder how far up we would be with a decent defence
We need skuse to get injured but for only one game when his form drops as he played well since his last two injuries
first win at home since august without fontaine in the side and Anderson in it. Now why could all of us fans see this but McInnes couldn't. Makes you wonder...............
I agree with both comments above, apart from the Anderson one. The reason is IMO and perhaps Tiger can help me out here, Anderson looks good going forward and proved a real handful. But he lacks defensive knowledge and got easily brushed aside in challenges. I suspect we needed to have Cunningham back to be the defensive duties behind him. I suspect we might see more of Anderson now because before he might of left Bryan who is improving every game a bit exposed.
Fair enough ROD, but I cant understand why he wasn't at least given a chance? Training and match day are 2 different things. If you ever watch Soccer am and see the bit at the en where they ask players a few questions, 1 of the Q. is Who is the worse trainer, and 9/10 times the player answering will say its one of there best players. Im all for your reason behind maybe why he wasn't chosen but for gods sake you would have to give the bloke a chance first. Something he never got
I agree, but in fairness to him Baldock and Davies not one of them have complained about the set up's. I do wonder if Del is building a team for the future with the youngsters them 3 are all still young. And one of the things SL said yesterday was BE PATIENT we are building a team and squad and we WILL be a big team. Perhaps Del's remit was to build for future not now and told to strip the club back and re build. The board have been pleased with what's going on. We can only speculate that these new players are on big contracts for all we know Davies might be on low wages due to prior seasons with Derby, they didn't want him to go but also knew he was never going to be 100% fit just had more patience than us.
ROD SL said what everyone wanted to hear. What else would he have said, honestly. "Yeah we're **** at the moment, We've signed some right crap over the years and now we have to wait until the summer to ship loads of them out. Until then we will suffer and have another terrible season, There is now also a really big chance of us being relegated" Sorry to sound so negative but the clubs been ran poorly now since he stepped down as chairmen.
Ok that's your opinion mate and your entitled to it but he did we have had a **** 2012, and 2013 he says we will improve
but the same was said after 2011 finished, 2012 will be better, Its been worse, This time elast year we beat Southampton 1-0
