why did people threaten to leave just because of one thread, seems a bit odd, thought it was just for a small laugh to be honest

 

To many sad gas loving ****ers on here.... was quite clearly a joke thread but some people found that a bit to hard to understand...

 

I despair at some of the self important tossers on here, they wouldn't survive in the real world with some proper banter flying around..

Just for the record - I'm not sad - very happy with life actually (City probably the most frustrating thing in my life to be honest!!)
I also don't love the Gas - I do though have a lot of time for people on the other board who support them - they are more like us than fans of Man U or whatever other team might be winning at the moment

I can assure you that I spent 25 years in various dressing rooms both on match days and training to know what proper banter is - just going up to one of my team mates and saying f*** the ******* though would have had other consequences - just not banter I'm afraid - well not good banter anyway

Anyway let's draw a line under this - given sometime to think maybe I over reacted - what annoyed me was not the thread but the attitude - please remember that other people are allowed to have other opinions (and yes I could have just ignored the whole thread)

I don't know how long you have been on this site but it seems quite a long time, the respect you have for the people on the other board is absolutely spiffing and you're quite entitled to it.. however I can remember some of the vile abuse that they gave Wiz not that long ago. I chose
to remember it. thats my alternative opinion from yours! (to which I am entitled.)

They don't come here because they simply couldn't handle what they created last time.

This is a Bristol City supporters forum it is inevitable that our rivals will receive some abuse, it used to be funny sometimes but when you start flinging **** around some of may land on you! Don't ****in cry about it when it does.

Too many on here are overly concerned about the poor little sensitive loves over on the other site. Believe me as soon as the circle turns they will fill this board with their crap.
