What OTIB was saying last night, and what I saw off him he does look good. Plus he ain't scared to tackle.

A lot of people were saying that others will start instead of him, but I'm not to sure. Plus a lot are quick to right him off before he even kicked a ball for us.

Some players need to sink low to revive their careers and at Leeds he was ****e, but Chelsea he was good maybe he went to St Johnston sorted his head out, trust what Del says to him and playing out of his skin.

But I do find it amusing when we say that a player is not what we want like we all know how a professional manager runs a team. Sure some have probably managed amateur level but without wheeling and dealing. Training everyday then we know jack ****.

I have my coaching badges for rugby coaching for youths back in the 90's but hand on heart I would not have a clue what to do now, nor would I have a clue back then off doing professionally.

I will leave that to Del to sort out
