Last night we set out to contain
Which pretty much worked in the main,
But the rest of the plan
Was harder to scan
And not that much else did we gain
Last night, some of those we don´t see
That much, had a chance in this spree,
To stick in their face
And push for a place
But most failed at that miserably
Last night, only young Godfrey Ben
Compared fairly well with the men,
And showed that maybe
He´s one we might see
With luck, in the first team again
Last night, though the foe were PL
Only in spells did they play well,
But still we were poor
When trying to score
We never came out of our shell
Last night then, this FA Cup dream
Curdled once more like sour cream,
But as Neil said
It´s the butter and bread
