Amidst all the scandals and wretched things that have happened in the NFL I've found something beautiful. Devon Still is the DT for the Bengals and has a 4y old daughter Leah. She has cancer. Stills reports on his instagram his daily life and how he takes care of his child. AP, take notes...

I had my first ever experience playing American Football on Thursday. It wasn't a match, just taster session with 15 minutes trying different positions (Wide Receiver, Tight End, Tackle, etc).... Was such great fun, especially doing the diving catches (not quite catching some of them, but coming close).

    In such pain now though!

I actually think American Football could be the best sport ever invented.

Still sore after two days? Must've been a good practice that! What position did you prefer?

I have huge bruise on my leg and not sure how it came about!

I think I preferred Wide Receiver. It's fun making all the diving catches (and near catches) although I wasn't great at recieving deep when against another player (damn my lack of height), although I'd have thought running back could be quite fun too after a bit of practice.

Problem is, a lot of the other people there were rugby players, so they certainly have a bulk advantage.

Rugby players in NFL, that's tough, they're made of concrete not the nimble and agile type of bodies you need for American Football. If you're not catching long throws, why not try to play as TE?

Bucs with two straight sacks on Roethlisberger, last one was with a strip forced fumble and they recovered it. The hell PM, this wasn't in the script!

    Justin Rogers @Justin_Rogers

Stafford bleeding, limping. Lions might want to do a better job protecting the QB.

Hi Cove, Buc Luck as usual:(

I know it's Wembley night but I still would have preferred the Pack v the Bears.

Haha Clinton-Dix makes a TD saving tackle for the Packers, blocks on the 1y line and right there the time runs out, Bears get nothing.
