Been away recently,Just found out Frankie is the new manager at Derby. His first step back to the bridge IMO.Thoughts.
It's a great opportunity for him to cut his managerial teeth. If he proves himself then I would love to see him manage Chelsea.
I loved the Derby side that Clough brought up to 1st Division to win first year in. Todd, McFarland, Gemmil, Kevin Hector some great players. Frank has also got Jody Morris as his assistant, so a loss for Chelsea there. Good luck to both and Derby is on my radar again. Chelsea would seem a dangerous move for any manager in the near future as there is still no sign of planning or long termism. Maybe by the time Frank is ready, there will be a new owner and a new philosophy, but I won't hold my breath.
