For you lot maybe, I’ve said on our board that regardless of their stature and history they’re a proper boring club nowadays that no one will really miss. Get Fulham and WBA vibes from them.

Yes... From our perspective. It would be like if you lost Arsenal. It would be funny for you at first but you'd miss it.

Yeah agree on that, I’ve often said I wouldn’t wanna see Arsenal relegated due to enjoying the NLD. But for as much as I despise them, they’re still a massive club and one that I think other clubs look forward to playing in the Prem, I don’t think anyone outside of Pool ever thinks “oh Everton’s coming to town, should be a good one!”. Massive decline for them. There was a point where us, them and Villa were the chasing pack to the Prem elite, we kept up our charge, those two dropped off big time.

Rafa averaged about 0.4 pts a game higher than Lampard so Everton would probably be 4 pts higher if they stuck with Rafa. Which would see them one point below Leeds but with two games in hand.

Everton fans are doing what nufc fans did the 1st time we got relegated. It doesn't help complaining and protesting but they'll learn the hard way too I hope.

They've lost 18 out of their last 25 league games <yikes>

In Fat Frank's time in charge:

They've played 9 league games, they've won 2 and lost 7.

They've scored 8 and conceded 17

They've had more red cards (3) in his time than wins <laugh>

Will be weird if they go down though just cos they've always been there.

That's ****ing shocking tbh.

How was Rafas run before the sacking tho? Like, 7 losses on the bounce?

Benitez last 10 games 5 points -11 GD
Lamplard first 10 games 9 points - 8 GD

They've looked more up for it since he 'threw them under a bus, by publicly questioning their desire and nerve.

Remember Moyes trying that at Sunderland and they nose dived.

Everton have more character
