Don't think that's the answer.
That'll be 3 of the last 4 managers having no senior managerial experience.

Jones vs Sol.
No contest at this stage.

That assumes of course, that Jones would want it.

If Sol takes it, I fear he'll be gone by the first international break.
More new players in the summer, more new players needed come autumn.
No continuity.

The only continuity we have is in the boardroom, where we could do with some change.<doh>

Jones has gone on record saying he would like to manage Cardiff.

There must be a deal to be done.

Come on City, digitum extractum!!!

Have to say, aside from Nathan Jones (who's fondness for the club may sway his decision) I reckon Liam Rosenior would be an interesting punt.

From memory, wasn't he in charge at the Snow Queens for a little while during their turbulent times???

Could be a decent fit for us given past experience??

I’m surprised that Bellamy has not been mentioned on any bookies odds.
Okay, he’s just won promotion with the Blades but you would think he would be on the list.

The problem with Bellamy would be his popularity with the fans.
Tan would feel threatened by that.
Yep and I made the same point about Nathan Jones. It's ridiculous that clashes of personality are holding the club up. For who I presume us a successful businessman, old Vince makes very strange decisions. The silly thing is that by getting the management team right he would get huge kudos from the fans.

Saw an article suggesting that yesterday with Osian Roberts as his no. 2.

Bellars has done well with Kompany at Burnley. Would he swap Prem experience for us? May be a little too early in his managerial career for us.

And a risk with no front line managerial experience - see Morison and Hudson.

And the potential for it being short term should he and VT have a fall out. Bellars will not mince his words.

I think he could come to us in the future but I'm still in the Nathan Jones corner.

However, the easier and possibly cheaper option of Sol still appears the bookies favourite.

Morison odds now listed on BV as well as Skybet and shortening.

Sol still favourite but now 1/3 whilst Morison now in to 5/1.
Really don't understand the Morison links....

He was deemed not good enough once and potentially too abrasive if rumours are to be believed, so why would we bring him back??

The Bellamy/ Roberts combo would have plenty of potential TBF but I just can't see Bellars wanting to jump ship from Burnley just yet, especially to a club with serious constraints upon it.

For my money it'll definitely be between Sol & Jones.
