Watched it all on Saturday and Thompson, not for the first time, was very dismissive of saints. Made Le Gods goal celebrations even ore enjoyable!
With Thommo and Merse I think they put more value in winding up Le God than putting in an honest opinion on saints. I respect Charlie Nicolas the most from that mob. I don't know for a fact but I'm confident Ricketts had not scored 20 + goals for the previous 5 seasons. Lambert has been scoring high numbers consistently for a long time and that takes ability. And we all know it's not just goals as Lambert has been heavily involved in all 9 goals we've scored this season.
No offence but extremely bad examples. Rickie has been banging in and creating goals for fun for seasons on end.
