I can't agree that an England 'striker' getting 7 goals in 62 England appearances is quality.
That depends on whether his main role to is to get goals though. I'd argue with Owen, Lampard and Gerrard in the team, that probably wasn't his brief.
Admittedly though, he should have got more!
I agree Heskey did assist a lot of goals. The reason I posted Heskey as an example of scoring very few was to emphasise the contrast with Rickie who does BOTH so well.
