I rate Lambert and think he will go on and prove himself somewhere, Villa was a bad move at the wrong time.

Well then, this is a case of if you think he's your man, go ****ing get him Ellis. Convince him of your aspirations/intentions, give him the required pay, give him the budget to bring in players for his style, and fully commit. Sell him.

If it comes down to the Mags or Sunderland, Short should be able to take on and beat Ashley 1 v 1. If you can't beat a clown, Short better start recognizing his own shortcomings.

 

The trick would be to get him now, he's said he's going seasons end, but with Ajax out of the league title chase, I reckon a couple of million would release him early.

 

So he's not doing very well at Ajax then? Don't really know much about him as a manager.

 

He's had a great recrd there mate, won multiple trophies and they have been better in the CL. Just that PSV this season have been relentless, and are running away with it. Ajax have slipped, but that happens every 2 or 3 years as they sell and integrate youth. It's standard Ajax.

Saw her on the Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary show last night. **** me she looked good. They brutalized her for years with their comedy skits, but she seemed to take it well. Too bad she just doesn't get out of politics and do something more in line with her natural talents, like porn.

BTW, no disrespect to Paul McCartney, but he should hang it up. The voice is pretty much gone. He performed live last night, they gave him a lot of love, but it was painful to watch.

 

IMO he's been shyte for years ......... poor voice, written nowt but rubbish songs and a horribly smug persona.
