Liverpool has improved HUGELY in the last few years. As with every City, there's good and bad areas, but the centre & docks have been rejuvinated & there's plenty of very good residential areas to live in too. It's still a bit strange as an outsider when you go to Tesco on a Saturday and there's girls with rollers in their hair wearing their PJ's & slippers doing their shopping, or a man in a full electric blue track, with hood up, packing away his shopping with wife & 2 kids. There's only select places I'd go on a night out too, but it's a good City overall.
For some strange reason people like stereotyping Liverpool and it's people and not in a good way which really is a shame
the demonising of the working class on merseyside by the rest of the working class of the UK. ? Some wierd kind of class war that is eh ?
