    Absolutely it doesn't help at all players get unsettled all season round and if you're a lesser club if one of your buys over achieves they get taken off you and it ruins your season.

    It would be refreshing to know what your squad is for the entire season and just see it through

    They should just get rid of the transfer window. Whilst they are at it - Stop clubs like Chelski and Man ****ty from buying up players to loan out.
