If Hoilett is available, I'd play him wide instead of O'Neill in your 4-4-2. If Hoilett is injured I'd play 4-3-3.............The usual back 5, then Barton, Jenas and O'Neill in the centre, with AJ, Chevy and Austin up top. Chevy and AJ would need to work the flanks when we lost the ball.
Cannot go into the next three games without Phillips under any situation IMHO, he needs to get goals on the board too
Chevy was a stop gap in case of further injury, I don't think he will be a long term prospect. January transfer window will show what Harry has in mind. Don't think we need to change formation just because Hoilett is injured, can always play AJ or O'Neill on the right and Phillips left, for me playing 2 up front is more valid argument to change the formation but I still don't see that as necessary at the moment. It was only the keeper that stopped us beating Reading away and I would still consider them one of our toughest opponents despite recent form.
I think you will find that we will have a new striker very soon.......!! You heard it hear first !! And No..I havent been chatting to Cerny !
